Activities at the Nome Schoolhouse

  • All Day – Fiber Animals on display all day at the Nome Schoolhouse. Get a selfie with an adorable Alpaca or Sheep!
  • Concessions – 11-1:30 and 3-8 (Burgers, Brats, Salads, Fries) at the Nome Schoolhouse
  • Little Miss Liberty Pagent at 4pm (Contact Jonell to preregister by June 28. 701-840-7839) Pageant will be held in the Nome Schoolhouse Gym
  • 5 pm – Corn Hole Tournament – $25/team entry fee. Please preregister by 4:30 pm July 4th by contacting kati[email protected]. 75% of entry fees go to the winning team.
  • Cookie Baking Contest -Bring you best cookies to our 4th of July Cookie Contest at the Nome Schoolhouse! ($5 entry fee) Bring 4 cookies to the Nome Schoolhouse dining room between 9am and 1pm. Cookie contest winners announced at 3:45 in the Gym. (all four cookies must be in a sealed bag and be all the same kind) Please contact us with any questions. Prizes provided by The Gift Shoppe.
  • Music – SueAnn Berntson 3-4 and 5-6pm
  •               Fladlands 6-8pm
  •               Grant NV 8-10pm

Activities around Nome

  • kids activities uptown by The Gift Shoppe 11am to 1pm if raining this will be held in the Nome Schoolhouse Gym
  • City wide rummage sale/Junk Fest 9-4
  • Car show 2:30
  • Parade 2pm – Line up on the South West end of town at 1:45 (Rain or Shine)
