Keep your eyes open for occasional “Throwback Thursday” events that will be happening throughout the year – these will be restaurant style events set up similar to our Thirsty Thursday, 5:00 – 9:00 pm restaurant style dining events were.
1st Sunday of the Month
Maker’s Day at the Nome Schoolhouse
Join us each month for a fun afternoon of making from 1:00 -5:00 pm.
Bring your own project and create in community. Whether it is a project that has been difficult to start or a half finished creation that has been pushed to the bottom of your to do list.
Our experienced staff and volunteers are available to help and encourage you.

“School Dance” – Live Music by Steve Worner and the Restless Leg Syndromes
Dance down memory lane at the Nome Schoolhouse from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Entry is a free will donation. The bar will be open and Steve Worner will be playing 50s, 60s, Elvis and more.
Bring your dancing shoes for polka, 2-step, waltz, and more!

Sewing and Crafting Retreat
Hosted by Chelce Detert and Creative Dimensions – this retreat is the perfect get away to work on your own projects surrounded by other sewers and creatives. What a great way to get away by yourself or with friends!
