We do not sell customer data or information for monetary gain. However, we may share some information, including but not limited to which page you were visiting when you were directed to our site, with our third-party service providers for analytics and ad services.
Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an order? Let us know as soon as you can and we can get you all fixed up. Please read our return policy if you have any questions.
Yarn in its original (including smell) condition MAY BE RETURNED for store credit within 60 days of purchase.
The following items MAY NOT BE RETURNED: Special Ordered items, skeined yarns once wound, fiber, needles, needle sets, books, kits, magazines, notions, jewelry, buttons, patterns, and/or equipment (i.e. spinning wheels, looms, etc.)
Payment Methods
We accept all the major credit cards, PayPal and of course cash when you are at the Nome Schoolhouse.
Shipping
Shipping rates are as follows:
Orders under $75 incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee.
Orders $75 and above receive free shipping.
Oversized items may incur a surcharge due to their weight or length. We try to keep these as a rare occurrence.
