About the Chef –
We want to introduce you to our executive chef here at the Nome Schoolhouse, Elizabeth Perleberg. Libbie is self taught and has been cooking for as long as she can remember. She believes in making everything she can from scratch, a philosophy that was cemented during the years she worked for the Lunchbox in Fort Ransom, and the Lunchbox bakery in Lisbon. Her style of cooking is heavily influenced by good old midwestern meat and potatoes with quite a bit of Italian influence and the occasional traditional German or Norwegian dish thrown in for flavor.
About Grant NV –
Grant NV is an old soul country singer who has brought music from the past to the present. He uses a traditional style to create an engaging experience for all.
